1. Acceptance
By using this website or requesting a quote from Delicious Events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Quotes and bookings
- Any request submitted through the quote form is a preliminary request, not a confirmed booking.
- Your event date is confirmed only after the agreed deposit is received by our team.
- Prices shown on the site are for reference; the final price may vary based on location, date, and event customization.
3. Payments
A deposit is required to hold your event date. The remaining balance must be paid before the agreed date. Payment receipts can be uploaded from the "Track Order" page.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations or date changes should be requested as early as possible. Deposits already paid may be non-refundable depending on how close it is to the event date and materials/vendors already committed.
5. Setup, delivery, and care of decor
The client is responsible for the care of decorations and rented furniture during the event. Any damage, loss, or missing rented items may be charged based on replacement value.
6. Use of photographs
Unless the client states otherwise in writing, Delicious Events may photograph the event decor/setup and use it in its gallery, social media, and promotional materials.
7. Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (extreme weather, venue restrictions, force majeure, etc.).
8. Intellectual property
The content on this site (text, original images, design) belongs to Delicious Events and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws where Delicious Events operates (Davenport FL).
